I lead healthcare distribution operations at DSV Contract Logistics, connecting people, processes and systems.
01 / My journey
From understanding the detail to seeing the whole operation.
I started with Chemical Process Technology, then Applied Chemistry specialising in Material Science. I learned to observe carefully, test assumptions and understand why a process behaves the way it does.
Internships at P&G’s perfumery plant and in skincare R&D put that scientific foundation into practice.
A polytechnic project sparked my interest in processes and systems. It changed the questions I wanted to explore: how does the whole operation connect, and how could it work better?
That curiosity led me to Logistics & Supply Chain Management and Marketing at Curtin, then a healthcare distribution internship at Zuellig Pharma.
Today, I’m a Senior Team Lead at DSV Contract Logistics, bringing together people, processes and systems in healthcare operations.
My focus is practical leadership: creating clarity, solving problems and helping the team improve how the work gets done.

I look closely at how work happens on the ground, connect the steps, and turn observations into practical improvements. The aim is a process that is clear, consistent and useful.
Systems should help people make better decisions. I bring a hands-on approach to warehouse systems, data and problem-solving, connecting operational needs with the people who can address them.
